Part of our mission is to maintain the integrity of your scalp by focusing on using plant based colors for grey coverage and setting a ritual for trims that serve to enhance overall hair health.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that appointment times are reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 48 HOURS’ NOTICE, you will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee. This policy also applies if you do not show up for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to consider your appointment as a cancellation, and the cancellation policy may be enforced. This measure is in place to ensure that clients on our waiting list do not miss the opportunity to fill the available time slot. Therefore, all deposits are NON-refundable.
